Make sure all the drivers listed in Programs and Features has been updated, and install the latest INF chipset driver - it is at the end of this list - check versions and update all drivers for Windows 8.1. I am running Windows 8.1, with all drivers update So far everyone has gotten it working without that Skype work around, and I wouldn't play with that Man圜am tool, yet. Try uninstalling hidden and real webcam devices, reboot and go into Device Manager - give it a couple minutes to find and install drivers - scan for hardware changes if it didn't come back on it's own. Leave USB Charger+ uninstalled until you get the webcam working. Mataleo, try uninstalling USB Charger+, reboot, then try the webcam. Have look on this, will give u some idea
